Why Cardio?

You came here to learn how to burn some fat and tone some great looking muscles, so let’s talk cardio. One of my favorite things about cardio is the options. There are so many choices in what you can do and how you do it. There’s never a dull moment in your workout when you mix it up. Keep your body moving, elevate your heart rate, and keep proper form, and your workout will get you the results you want.

Finding a Starting Place

I see people all the time who are ready to change their lives for the better but don’t know where to start. I’m going to tell you a little secret about starting – going all in right away isn’t always the best approach. For the best results, ease into a regular workout routine if you’re new or it’s been a while since your last workout.

Doing 20-30 minutes on the treadmill or stationary bike is a great workout and a great place to start getting your body moving without having to learn the techniques and forms of other exercises and equipment.
