Weight Training provides you with a full body workout that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and those calories burning.

Step Blast: A 45-minute workout, which begins with a warm-up and stretch to loosen those tight muscles, and follows with a fun and invigorating step workout. At the end, your body is treated to a cool down and relaxing stretch.(Beginner to Advanced)
Power Hour/Power Hour Circuit: A group weight training class that uses dumbbells, weight plates and a bar to help tone and strengthen your body. This class is a great class to take if you need to be motivated to lift weights. The circuit version combines muscle groups together. (Beginner to Advanced)
